FIRST ON COURT

Just arrived in Madrid and he’s on the court. Rafael Nadal is going to try to do his best this edition after been defeated by Berdych in quarterfinals last year.


Less than one week left for his debut, and Rafael Nadal has decided to be the first player in training on Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid courts with Alejandro Falla.

World no.2 had to interrupt the season due to his tendonitis injury and his return promises to be strong. He has not been alone –Alejandro Falla from Colombia trained with Nadal today. This is the second year on a row in which the Colombian is given a wild card to play the preview and be able to qualify for the final draw.
