Madrid, 13th October, 2005 – Guillermo Coria arrived in Madrid on Wednesday with his trainer José Perlas and his wife and today has already started training with two practice sessions. Fernando Verdasco has played with him in the morning one. The 23-year-old Argentinian, fourth seed, reaches the Masters Series Madrid very motivated. He’s now is sixth in the Champions Race and is looking for a good tennis week to get some points and secure a place for the Shanghai Masters Cup. The activity in the three practice courts situated in the Pabellón de Cristal will increase starting from tomorrow, the day before the Masters Series Madrid qualy starts. The biggest attraction will be the presence of Rafa Nadal, that will train from 5 to 7 in the afternoon. Guillermo Coria will again try hard in a double session, the first one with Younes El Aynaoui and the second one with his countrymate Juan Ignacio Chela. Verdasco will also train twice tomorrow, at 12 o’clock and at 16 o’clock.
