MOYA WILL PLAY QF IN UMAG

The Balearic tennis player, third-seeded of Croatian Tournament, and Verdasco will play the quarter-finals

Madrid, 17th of July, 2008. Carlos Moya won the Serbian Viktor Troicki in three sets, 3-6, 7-6 (2) and 7-5 in a hard-fought calved in which the player Balkan put into real trouble the Spanish. Now, the rival of Moyá in the next round will be the winner of the duel that face the two Italian Filippo Volandri and Fabio Fognini.
But this is not the only positive news from Croatian lands. Fernando Verdasco also won its move to the quarter-finals after defeating the French Mathieu Montcourt in two sets by 7-6 (5) and 6-1; a match more comfortable than Moyá except in the first set. Like the Balearic, Verdasco expects to know who will be his opponent at the end of the day, today, between the German Mischa Zverev and the Brazilian Marcos Daniel.
