Section 1: Information on tournament sessions

Competition days will consist of a single session on Saturday, October 11, 2008, Sunday, October 12, 2008, Saturday, October 18, 2008, and Sunday, October 19, 2008. On the remaining days (Monday, October 13, 2008, through Friday, October 17, 2008), there will be two sessions (Day and Night). Day Session begins approximately at 11:00h and Night Session approximately at 20:00h. 

A ticket will allow the holder to see all the matches played during the corresponding session. Therefore, if you want to attend all the matches in the two session days, you must purchase ticket/s for both sessions (Day and Night).

At the end of the last match played during the Day Session, all of the viewing public will exit Central Court (see details regarding this process on the Web page), in order to allow access to those people holding tickets for the Night Session.

Seating on Central Court (Madrid Arena Stadium) will be numbered, except for Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 (qualifying sessions) while those seats on Second Courts are open seating and, therefore, subject to availability. A ticket will allow the holder access to the three courts and Crystal Pavilion. Once this person has left the site, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter. 

SEASON TICKETS: This type of tickets is valid for all sessions. The season ticket will consist in fourteen independent tickets, one each session. Once the season ticket holder has left the site, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter. - Up

 
Section 2: Sales channels and means of payment

The following are the Ticket Sales Channels for the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid 2008: 

MUTUA MADRILEÑA MASTERS MADRID OFFICES, (located at the Casa de Campo Fair Grounds (Recinto Ferial), next to the Pabellón de Cristal/Crystal Pavilion) from 9:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00, Monday through Thursday and from 9:00h to 14:00h on Fridays, (with the exception of holidays). Timetable is subject to change as the tournament nears (changes will be listed on the Website). Means of Payment: cash and credit / debit card.

Access: 

Metro: Lago (line 10) or Alto de Extremadura (line 6). 

Buses: Lines 31, 33, 36, 39 and 65 (stops located on Paseo de Extremadura, approximately 100 metres from the main entrance to the Fair Grounds). 

Access by Car: Please, check different options to access by car on http://www.mutuamad-mastersmadrid.com/infoguia_como_llegar.htm

The organizers recommend using public transport to reach the site where the event is to be held as parking spaces cannot be guaranteed. 

INTERNET, in the section on www.mutuamad-mastersmadrid.com referring to Tickets, 24 hours a day. Means of Payment: credit / debit card. 

TELEPHONE, call (+34) 91 526 57 76 from 9:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00, Monday through Thursday and from 9:00h to 14:00h on Fridays (except holidays). Timetable is subject to change as the tournament nears (changes will be listed on the Website). Means of Payment: credit / debit card. 

BOX OFFICE, sales will begin on October 11, 2008, and, for any particular session, will continue until approximately one hour before the end of that session, or until all tickets for the session have been sold. The ticket booths will also open every day during the tournament, from 9:00h to 21:00h. The Box Office schedule is subject to change as the tournament nears (changes will be listed on the Website).

OFFICES OF HALCON VIAJES, go to any of the over 1,200 offices of Halcón Viajes located throughout Spain. 

Tickets should be purchased only at the tournament Organisation's official, authorised sales points. The Organisation of the tournament will not be responsible for tickets acquired outside these authorised ticket channels. - Up

Section 3: Discounts and special prices:

A 10% discount of the full price will be applied in singles tickets in the following cases:

- Students (university student card must be shown). 

- Over 65 years of age (passport or ID must be shown).

- Minors under 12 years of age (passport or ID must be shown)

- Holders of a Spanish federated tennis license (Spanish Tennis Federation card must be shown) 

These discounts will be applied only and exclusively at the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid Offices and the Box Office (only during the purchase process), and the corresponding document of proof will be required at the moment of the purchase. Therefore, no discounts will be available through internet sales. 

In no case discounts will be applied once the purchase has finished, even if the document required is shown at the time of collecting tickets. 

Discounts are not cumulative.

No additional discounts will be applied on season tickets, because there is already a discount included over the official price.

Tickets for DISABLED PERSONS:

The tickets for disabled persons are exclusively meant for wheelchair users (these persons will not occupy a seat in the Madrid Arena and, for that reason, tickets will have reduced prices). To buy such tickets, please call the ticket sales office (+34 91 526 57 76) or write to the following email address: entradas@tennis-masters-madrid.com.

ATTENTION Row 1: For security reasons, the first row of all sections contains a bar which, in the opinion of some spectators, inhibits visibility. As a courtesy offered by the Organisation, some of the first row category 1 seats will be sold as category 2, and some of the first row category 2 seats will be sold as category 3. - Up


Section 4: Pickup of tickets purchased over the phone or Internet

Tickets purchased over the Internet can be picked up at the offices of the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid until October 10, 2008 and in the Box Office from October 11, 2008.

Tickets purchased by phone must be collected at Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid before October, 1, in case of credit or debit card payment. If the buyer wants to collect tickets after October 1 or in the Box Office during the tournament, the payment must be done by money transfer.

Please be aware. No changes or refunds are allowed. 

In order to collect tickets, either at the offices of the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid or at the Box Office, it is necessary that the buyer show his/her National Identity Document (DNI) or Passport, in addition to the reference number provided by the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid at the time of purchase.  

In the case that the buyer is not the person who will, the person authorised to do so will be required to present a signed authorisation statement from the buyer as well as the purchase reference and a photocopy of the National Identity Document (DNI) or Passport of the buyer. Important: No tickets will be given unless the purchaser passport / Identity card (or photocopy) has been shown.

In order to speed up the pick up process during the tournament, the Organisation recommends coming to the tournament site a minimum of one hour before the session starts. 

Conditions regarding “mobile phone tickets reception”:

We have a mobile phone ticket delivery service at your disposal. Please pay attention to the following general conditions before choosing “Mobile phone tickets reception” option:

  • - There will be an extra charge of €1 per ticket. This will also apply to season tickets.

  • - It is essential that you provide us with an email address, where you will receive information about your tickets and general information about the tournament. You will also receive your password to access the “Mobile phone setting” where you will be able to set the mobile phone numbers that you wish to receive the ticket information to.

    - If you do not receive the password, please request it before October 6th to this email address:movil@tennis-masters-madrid.com or calling 902 18 36 47 or 91 755 00 91.

  • - In “Mobile phone setting”, you can set the delivery details, specifying mobile phone numbers, brands and models. You must configure this before October 6th. From that day on, the mobile phone details you have provided will be the ones that receive the tickets. Each ticket owner must show the phone message at the entrance in order to gain access.

  • - The clients, who buy tickets from October, 6th on, will receive the tickets in their mobile phones as soon as the payment is done. If you do not have received the tickets after 24 hours, please call the numbers before mentioned.

  • - It is essential that you show your phone message in order to gain access. The phone message is a legally valid ticket. Every ticket corresponds to 1 message, therefore, if the buyer has not assigned the tickets to other mobile phones across the zone “Mobile phone setting ", he/she will receive so many messages in his/her mobile as tickets he/she has bought.

    - The tournament organisers are not responsible for eventualities leading to the loss of the ticket, such as mobile phone loss or message deletion. Nobody will be admitted without showing their phone message.

  • - If you have not informed us of how you would like your tickets to be distributed (through our system), then you must present yourself, together with all of your party, in order to access the facilities.

  • - Once you are in the tournament site, please go to “Access for Mobile Phone Tickets” where your message will be checked and where you will receive a paper per ticket with the information of your seats. The purpose of this paper is only informative, and it is not valid as a ticket. You must keep the messages until the end of the session, or until the moment you leave the facilities. We highly recommend you to keep the info papers as well in order to access easily to the central court.

  • - In case of ticket duplication, only the first ticket holder that enters the site will be allowed access. The tournament organisers are not responsible for the possible fraudulent use of any mobile phone ticket.

  • - Once you leave the site, you are not allowed to re-enter. The mobile phone ticket will only be valid the first time you come onsite.
  • The mobile telephone numbers collected for this purpose will not be used for other commercial purposes and this Database will be destroyed once the tournament has finished. - Up

Section 5: Programme changes

Purchase of a ticket for the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid tournament 2007 is firm and will be considered final as soon as payment has been made effective. NO CHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Duplicate copies of tickets will not be issued under any circumstances. The organisation is not responsible for possible loss or destruction of tickets. 

The organisation reserves the right to modify scheduling and programming. Any changes will be announced once the ATP Supervisor has made the information public. 

If the beginning of a session is delayed, the ticket holder will have no right to another ticket nor to the return of the money for the ticket purchased.- Up

 
Section 6: Facilities

Access to the facilities will be granted only to those in possession of a valid ticket. Once this person has left the site, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter. 

Children under 3 years of age do not need a ticket as long as they do not occupy a seat. 

The organisation is not responsible of personal belongings losses by spectators inside the facilities. Wardrobe service is available for the audience.

Ticket holders must be aware of and respect all of the security standards stipulated by the Organisation when accessing the facilities and in order to remain on the grounds. 

Regarding security, all persons entering the grounds must cooperate with security personnel or any other legally authorised person by presenting a valid ticket, accepting an inspection of their belongings, search and confiscation of any unauthorised object. They must obey the instructions and suggestions of authorised personnel at all times.

All persons attending the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid event recognise and accept that their movement within the grounds or in the areas adjacent to the grounds is their responsibility, and they agree to exempt the organisation, as well as any other relevant entity, from all responsibility regarding any risk, danger or loss, including injury or damage to persons or property, loss of property and any other incident derived from attendance at this tournament. - Up
 


 
Section 7: Prohibitions and Limitations

It is strictly prohibited to bring in and show signs, symbols, emblems or slogans that, due to their content or to the circumstances in which they are shown or used could be considered as an act to incite, encourage or lead to violent, xenophobic, racist or terrorist behaviour or as an act to demonstrate a poor sportsman like attitude towards the participants. 

It is strictly prohibited to bring in or have, activate or throw within the grounds or courts on which the competitions are to be held or are in progress, of any type of fire arms or any object that could produce similar effects, as well as sparklers, fire-crackers, explosives or, in general, inflammable, smoke-producing, or corrosive products. Entry to the grounds will not be allowed to those persons who try to bring these or similar objects with them. 

It is strictly prohibited to bring into or sell, consume or have inside the grounds any type of alcoholic beverages or mind-altering substances, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar products.
 
Cans and/or bottles cannot be taken into the site. 

Food and drinks are not allowed on site.

Smoking is prohibited on site.

It is strictly prohibited to the audience using laptops in the stands, and inside the competition limits.

Ticket holders who have been sanctioned with a prohibition from entering any sports grounds will not be allowed to enter these grounds until the sanction has been removed. 

Promotions using tickets of the Mutua Madrileña Masters Madrid are only allowed to sponsors or partners, and only with pre approval from the Organisation. - Up

Section 8: Audiovisual Register

All persons attending the tournament recognise that this is a public act, and they freely and willingly accept that their voices, images and faces may appear on televised or radio broadcasts, either live or recorded, on video, in photographs and in any other media or audiovisual support, either present or future. - Up

Section 9: Failure to comply with these general conditions

Any ticket holders who, due to their conduct or the way in which they acquired their tickets, do not comply with the GENERAL CONDITIONS described in this document will be denied access to the grounds or will be expelled from these grounds, with no right to reimbursement. - Up

Section 10: Information and Personal Data

Madrid Trophy Promotion, S.L. would like to inform you that your personal information will be part of an automatic file called COMPRADORES, owned by Madrid Trophy Promotion, S.L., that will be used to manage your purchases, as well as to send you promotional information of our products and services, through any channel provided by you (e-mail, SMS, phone, etc).
